Unlock Manaphy (Pokemon Ranger)
Very many pokemon fans have wanted a chance to capture one of the rarest pokemon in sinnoh MANAPHY, but due to the fact that pokemon diamond and pearl do not have any availible manaphy in the ENTIRE GAME. So the easiest way for you to get a manaphy is for you to get the game Called POKEMON RANGER. This game has a mission that is available for you to play after you do a few things.

Beat the Pokemon Ranger game.
(2)
On the ranger net screen hold the buttons R, X, and the D-PAD LEFT (if you beat the game you will know what the ranger net is).
(3)
When the screen says enter password, input P8M2-9D6F-43H7
(Cap-sense is on).
(4)
Then at the special missions screen you will see a mission called RESCUE THE EGG. Tap on it then do the mission and get the egg, this will not be easy and will take a lot of time and effort but it all pays off at the end.
(5)
Borrow (or buy) a second Nintendo DS and the copy of Pokemon Diamond or Pearl you want the Manaphy on. The second DS should have Pokemon Ranger inserted. Go to the Ranger net with the Ranger DS and tap on CHECK THE EGG and then tap SEND MESSAGE. If your Diamond/Pearl DS is close enough to receive the message, you will get the Manaphy egg traded to you.
Addendum:

1. Turn on your other DS with the D/P cart.
2 Select the option to transfer Manaphy.
3. Do the wireless oks and what not.
4 Go to the nearest mart with 5 pokemon or less to pick up your egg.

Get Easy and Quick Money

You have to pay Thirty Gp to people who are dressed in blue uniform, it is only when you reach Port Sarim which is located in west of Draynor Village and then ask them to leave towards Karamja. When you are there Walk past the dock down and you will then be able to see the home, just get into that and look up for a man with name Luthas. Pick up bananas when he asks you to pick by Answering "Yes" and put them in the near by crate, then chat with Luthas and get your Thirty GP. Repeat this task of picking bananas to earn another Thirty GP. NOTE: You got to stay there for longer period if you are going to shed thousands on several items.

There is a Guy with alias Yodoo86 who is always purchasing the coal, locate him and add him to your list once your mining level hits 40. Just mine the coal and offer him for 100GP.

Keep smithing and mining till you reach the level 20 at each. Create the Bronze bars & convert those bars into stuff at an anvil e.g mail plate body, kite shield, a 2-H or skirt, these will be sold for fairly good prices at the open market. You can probably do the same with runite, iron, mithril, and the steel.

Mine the iron and your Mining level shall raise up by 38, afterwards go to Barbarian Village, there you will mine coal from near by rocks, you will be able to sell them for 100-300 GP per particle. You can earn some good money by selling emerald, diamond, sapphire and other precious gems, you will find them occasionally.

Just get your mining and smithing level raised up to 40 & mine the Gold in Lessers Pits on Karajama Island. You have to be aware of level 21 skeletons. There are 5 rocks. So on a fine night when there is no on, you can strike them in a row which will make your trip less difficult. You can easily obtain Twenty Five gold ore which will become 25 golden bars. Just gather them into the certs and later sell them off 1k per article.

On your buddy's list, enter MONEYBAGS and once you get him while he is on, you will be able to get 1 to 9,00,000 gp.

Move towards house outside of the Lumbridge & gather the iron draggers on the world 13. And also beat the goblens for the items that can either be sold or are gold, this is pretty common element. Sell off your draggers for either 14 gold or cheaper at the market.

Different Text Colors

If you wish to talk in other different texts, you need to type @ and then have to enter the first three letters of the color and then again type @. E.g if you are typing @ora@ your text will be orange. Following is the colour letter list

Silverlight Quest

Leave for varrok, find a gypsy lady there and chat up with her, she will then explain you the quest. For un draining the key stuck in the pipe (it is the part of your quest), try a bucket of water on drain and the top of the sewerage pipe.

Increase Prayer Level

This trick can be used to boost your prayer points. To get expertise in the pray area collect the bones which are on the floor and then bury them . Keep doing this to boost your prayer points, this will help boost your strength as well as other stats. Its really great to put stuff including the armor which you have kept in the bank. Move around and collect bones from the ground and bury them when you are unable to lift them. Around the starting point, locate a chicken farm. From starting point move towards north east and locate the bridge. Crossing the bridge and heading towards north will lead you to the chicken farm.

Lost Ghost Quests

If you successfully finish the Lost Ghost Quest you will earn 5 to 6 prayer points.

Hint: Get Free Shield & Sword

There is a shop unit in Lubridge. There are 3 persons one man and two women dressed up in blue outside the shop. To get the free sword & shield just chat chat up with man and he will give it away

Tip to Make Quick Money

There is very easy way to make money if you are a member. Pick the flak and convert them into the bowstrings. You will then be able to sell these bowstrings for 150 gp a piece. You can easily earn 150k GP by selling 1k bowstrings, repeat this process to double up your money.

Get Points of Interests in Wilderness:

Falador training ground: Wild level 1-10 north west of the Falador. Dark Wizards level sixteen & twenty Five. Wizards drop alot of runes, altar the south out of the wild.

Graveyard: Wild level Twenty, south west of the Skeleton Training Ground & the north east of theVarrock altar, Skeleton level Twenty Five. Iron Dagger and the Steel Dagger.

Red Spider Village: Wild level Thirty, north of the Hobgoblin training and practice area. Level Thirty Six Red Spiders. Inside are the Steel Legs & a Gold Nugget. These take about Five minutes to regenerate.

Varrock training ground: Wild level 1-10 north side of the Varrock. Level thirteen rats, player fights, Body Runes towards north, Altar to north.

The Ghosts training ground: Wild level Seventeen north east of the Varrock after pathway guarded by a Giant. Ghosts level Twenty Five. Tiles, Planks and the Steel Short Sword.

Bandit Out post: Wild level the Twenty Two northwest of the Edgeville. North of the Dark Warrior encampment. Level Twenty Ninebandits.

Skeleton training ground: Wild Level twenty Five, north of the Ghost training ground. Level Thirty Two Skeletons. Iron Scimitar and the Cross bows.

Ashes Small House of Spiders: Wild level Forty Five, east side of Greater Demons, 2 huge Giant Spiders level Thirty One, the Sapphire Cut.

Fighting Levels - Useful Articles - Prayer levels - Easy Money:

Deep far into the Mines and Dungeon of the Edgevile search for the Brass Key and acquire it by hook or crook. Now proceed to the locked small house with the ladder suspending down inside in between barbarian village and varrok. Here use your brass key to the door which will provide the access. Take first left and get into the closed room, it is filled up with the giants "level 36", room should have gate. These giants will give you good expertise and willl drop bigger bones (Which are better than normal bones for prayer), money(uptil Forty Seven dropping at a time) and cool stuff and articles e.g iron & steel items, all runes and all other gems apart from diamond.
Bringing feathers and a fly fishing rode with your self, it will help you fish in water which you can consume for food.

Trick: Surviving In Lava Chambers:

Reach that point where you are able to combat lesser red spiders or demons/lever Fify Four skeletons. And upon beating up the dragon, or atleast using the specific descreet door ( the Ist 1 from crandor side), go for enough fishing so that you are able to catch and cook the delicious Lobster. Bring the tinder box, lobster pot and hatchet. Now go to the island from karamja via the secret hidden door. Fight with the monsters. When you don't have any more food left go back to Karamja through the same hidden door and catch some lobsters. Cut a tree, make a fire and cook your lobster you caught on it. It will give you unlimited life and strength to live in the lava chambers underneath the crandor/karamha islands. It is beneficial and good way to level up against specific creeps, as well as you can get alot of similar stuff from a particular creep e.g get Rune mediums from the lesser demons.

Trick: Tree Level 15

When you are playing in the tutorial mode; at survival guide lady, you need to talk to her and "after bait & fishing net" she will give you an axe and during that tutorial cut down the oak trees that require level Fifteen wood cutting instead of ordinary trees. Its pretty cool, not rather much.

Get New Member Levels

Firstly just move ahead to the Varrock! And then forward to East bank. Just before the bank, move down (above museum). Go into the building which you find there. You will find dummies and attack on them. This task shall earn you up to 5 levels.

Unlockable: Prestige Mode

To unlock Prestige Mode, which is a multiplayer-only mode, you must reach experience level fifty-five. This can be done a total of ten times, giving you ten different icons in in-game lobbies to show your extreme achievement.

Unlockable: Arcade Mode

To unlock Arcade Mode, beat the game once through on any difficulty level. Arcade Mode itself is split into two options - Full Challenge or Level Challenge - that add extra replayability to the game.

Hint: Easy Intel
The following works on the mission entitled "Hunted". After fighting your way through a basement (after going underneath a bridge, across a field, et cetera), youll reemerge outside. A nearby house next to a vending machine and a car should be your target from here. Inside the house, theres a laptop on the table. This is a piece of Intel, and collecting all thirty of them in the game will unlock all of the Cheat options available. If you collect the Laptop, and then head through the nearby checkpoint, it will be permanently acquired on your save file. Kill yourself at this point (a Grenade is an easy way to do so), and backtrack to the house. Collect the Laptop again, go to the checkpoint, kill yourself, and repeat the process. By doing this, you can collect thirty laptops without actually collecting all thirty of them. (unverified)

Hint: Open Regirock/Registeel/Regice Lair
NOTE: You need a Relicanth and a Wailord on your team.

At the sealed chamber midway between Pacifidlog and Slateport (accessible only from Pacifidlog) use Dive to enter a tunnel that leads to a slab with braille. Surface there and enter the sealed chamber.

The next step is to go to the back of that room and use Dig on the space where you see braille in the back of the room to open up the next area.

Go to the rear part of the second room and read the inscriptions. It says you must have a Relicanth in the lead slot and a Wailord in the last slot (of your Pokemon line-up). You will then open up the entrances to each lair.

Unlockable: Find Latias

Once you become the Pokemon League Champion, pay extra attention to the TV. It will broadcast information about a super-rare Pokemon. After that, be on the lookout for the Latias, which is exclusive to the Sapphire version of the game.

Unlockable: Find Corsola

Head down to Pacificlog Town. Go into the house that has a girl beside it. Once you are in, talk to the woman in the back. It you have a Bellossom and you want to get rid of it, you can trade it to her for a Corsola.

Unlockable: Exclusive Pokemon: Kyogre
The Sapphire version allows you to catch the ancient Pokemon Kyogre. Its only available in Sapphire, and you only face it once... in the Cave of Origin in Sootopolis City. Save your Master Ball so youll be sure to capture it at this encounter.

Hint: Find Nosepass

First, be sure to have a Pokemon who knows Rock Smash. Go to Dewford Town to the Granite Cave and smash a couple rocks inside and Nosepass should show up.

Hint: Nab Shedinja

To get a Shedinja, follow these easy steps: Catch a Nincada in Route 116 near Rustboro. Make sure you have a extra slot in your party. Also, you must have some Pokeballs if you have any. Raise your Nincada to Level 20, it will evolve into a Ninjask. And, you got a Shedinja!

If you dont have any extra space and/or Pokeballs, youre out of luck.


Hint: Ruby-Exclusive Pokemon
The following pokemon are not found in Sapphire and must be traded from the Ruby version: Seedot Nuxleaf Shiftry Mawile Zangoose Solrock Groudon


Hint: Get to Rayquaza Quickly
Enter the Sky Pillar. Go to the second floor. Once you are there, use dig. It will take you right to Rayquaza.

Hint: Rare Pokemon Location: Rayquaza
On Route 131 youll find the Sky Pillar dungeon. When you enter it you need a Mach bike to pass the different obstacles. At the top youll find the level 70 Pokemon Rayquaza.


Hint: Battle in a Friends Secret Base
Once you link up at Pokemon Record Corner, your friends Secret Base will appear in your game. Once you enter the Hall of Fame, find the Base, and youll be able to fight your friend there.

Hint: Battle Tower Prizes
Complete tasks in the Battle Tower to earn the following prizes:

1-5 Victories: Calcium Carbos HP Up Iron Protein Zinc

Hint: Watch TV for Tips

Watch television to see commercials advertising bargains and the like. Here are some occurences to keep your eyes peeled for: A commercial for the Mauville Game Corner. When it plays, head over there for increased prizes. A commercial for the Lilycove Department Store. Get a discount after you see the commercial. Pokemon sighting information. When the TV tells you a specific Pokemon is spotted, go to that location to find the monster in question. A commercial for the Slateport City energy guy. Go to him to get energy items at a reduced price.

Hint: Manually Share XP
Pick the pokemon you want to go up in exp. and put it in your first of pokemon. Then, get in a battle and do not fight yet! Shift to a stronger pokemon and then start to fight the opponent. Afterwards, both of your pokemon will have gained experience.


Hint - Lottery Ticket Save/Load Exploit
Go to the Lilycove counter, save the game and expire the rest of the (real) day with pokemon in hand or a stowage box. Proceed to play the lottery and check to see if the numbers on hte lottery match any of your pokemons original (not current) trainer ID numbers. If not, you reset and reload the save.

Otherwise, the number of lottery digits matching your pokemon trainer IDs grabs you a prize depending on the matches: 3rd Prize (2 Correct Digits) - ooo## = PP up
2nd Prize (3 Correct Digits) - oo### = Exp. Share
1st Prize (4 Correct Digits) - o#### = Max Revive
Big Prize (5 Correct Digits) - ##### = Master ball

Of course the more trainer IDs you have ( Gotten by trading pokemon you caught for ones other players have caught) the more likely you will get and faster you will get the masterball Prize). This is of course, the non-glitch method of gaining PP and master balls.

Hint - Feebas Milotec Creation
Feebas is a fish with holes all through it but it is cool cause it evolves into Milotic, a super-strong water Pokemon. To get a feebas go to route 119. Along this entire route is a river. This is where you find Feebas.

To save you time, do not surf (youll never find it). Only six river tiles will hold Feebas. These tiles are always random, but will only change if you change the "trendy saying" in Dewford City. Use a fishing rod, and fish a few pokemon from each map tile until you get an idea which one has Feebas.

Feebas learns only Splash, Tackle and Flail, and its stats hardly change. Before you can get your Feebas to evolve to Milotec, you must have the right nature.

The best natures are Quiet, Rash, Modest or Mild but any other nature will wor except for Adamant, Careful or Impish. The reason it needs a compatible nature is because it evolves through Pokeblocks. You must feed your feebas as many blue or indigo Pokeblocks as it can eat to max out its beauty level. Its beauty must be at level 170 or else it wont evolve. Once you have maxed out this, simply raise it one level and you have your Milotic. The best way to take advantage of a Milotic is to catch a male and female feebas and have them breed to get an egg. Hatch and evolve.

The berries that will get the blue and indigo Pokeblocks are:

Blue: Chesto, Oran and Wiki
Indigo: Lum, Bluk, Wepear, Kelpsey, Hondew, Cornn and Pamtre.

A Feebas learns these moves:

Hideo Kojima on forging Metal Gear

SAN FRANCISCO--Last night, Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima was the toast of the industry, recognized with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Game Developers Choice Awards.

He was the focus of attention once more today when he delivered the keynote address in the "Vision" track at the 2009 Game Developers Conference.

Having pioneered the stealth action genre with the original Metal Gear--then reinvented it with Metal Gear Solid, and most recently Metal Gear Solid 4--Kojima will talk about clearing game-design hurdles with creativity. Fittingly enough, the famed designer promises to put exclamation points on his lessons with specific examples from his two full decades of developing Metal Gear games.

[10:20] Attendees are now swarming into the Moscone Center's south hall. In a topsy-turvy twist to the norm, the only people being made to wait in line at the door are members of the press. Their patience is rewarded, though, as a Konami rep is systematically escorting them to a group of seats front and center for the show.

[10:24] A voice comes over the PA telling the crowd to turn off their mobile devices and refrain from flash photography. The program is set to begin shortly.

GDC 2009: Battlefield 1943 Updated Hands-On

DICE's next Battlefield is a downloadable game coming to consoles and the PC. We try not to get shot in a hands-on session.

SAN FRANCISCO--Stockholm is a long way from San Francisco, but that didn't stop EA from flying out a select number of DICE employees to show off a pair of new Battlefield games at a GDC 2009 event earlier this week.

While a teaser demo of Battlefield: Bad Company 2 was the star of the show, Battlefield 1943 was on hand to be played by anyone in attendance. We grabbed a controller and gave it a spin and got the chance to see a new map not shown in the game's previous outings.
